How to use
- Apply a small amount of facial oil or serum — this helps the wand glide smoothly.
- Hold the wand by its handle and press the rounded end gently against your skin. Begin at the center of the forehead, moving outward toward the temples in slow circular motions.
- Continue down the cheeks, jawline and chin, avoiding the delicate eye and lip areas.
- On the neck, use long sweeping strokes from chin to collarbone, then repeat on the other side.
- Wipe away excess oil with a warm, damp cloth; clean the wand with a dry, soft cloth after each use.
A note on kansa: sometimes a greyish tint appears on the skin during massage — this comes from the natural interaction between the metal and your skin's oils. Simply wipe it away; it's a well-known part of the traditional kansa ritual.
Kindly note: Use gentle pressure — the massage should feel relaxing, never uncomfortable. A patch test is recommended if you have metal sensitivities. For external use only.
Size: 13 cm long, approx. 85 g. Includes cotton pouch.

The Kansa Wand is a traditional Ayurvedic facial massage tool crafted from bronze. Its smooth, rounded head glides over oiled skin in gentle massage motions that help skin look smoother, more toned and radiant — while the ritual itself calms the mind.
Handcrafted with high-quality bronze, the Kansa Wand is eco-friendly, sustainable, and lab-tested for safety.
Using a Kansa Wand is a simple and relaxing process. Here are the basic steps to follow:
- Apply a small amount of your favorite facial oil or serum to your face. This will help the wand to glide smoothly across your skin.
- Hold the Kansa Wand by its handle and gently press the rounded end against your skin. Begin at the center of your forehead and move the wand outward toward your temples in a circular motion.
- Use the same circular motion to move the wand down your face, massaging your cheeks, jawline, and chin. Be sure to avoid delicate areas like the eyes and lips.
- When you reach your neck, use long, sweeping strokes to massage from your chin down to your collarbone.
- Repeat the process on the other side of your face, using the same circular and sweeping motions.
- Once you've finished massaging your face and neck, wipe away any excess oil or serum with a warm, damp cloth.
- Clean your Kansa Wand with a dry soft cloth after each use to keep it in good condition.
(A patch test is always recommended to make sure you're not allergic to any metals).
In some cases, a greyish coating on your skin can appear. This happens due to the reaction between the acids on your skin with the metals. It's simply the metal interacting with your skin's natural oils. Simply wipe it off with a tissue or a clean towel.
It's important to use the Kansa Wand gently, using just enough pressure to feel the massage but not so much that it causes discomfort. The massage should be relaxing and soothing, helping to release tension in the muscles of your face and neck. With regular use, enjoy smoother, more toned-looking skin with less visible puffiness.
